1. Estimate Approval and Payment

Approval of any estimate authorizes Titan Jetting LLC to perform the services described and confirms agreement to the stated pricing. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any additional work requested or required outside the original scope must be approved and may result in additional charges. A $25 late fee applies to any invoice not paid within ten (10) days of the listed due date.

2. Scope of Work and System Conditions

Titan Jetting LLC is responsible solely for the specific services described and for materials provided directly by Titan Jetting LLC. Building systems may contain aging, corroded, scaled, improperly installed, modified, or previously repaired components. Service work may expose or reveal hidden defects or failures due to pre‑existing conditions. This applies to all building systems and components, including plumbing, drainage, sewer, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, structural, roofing, irrigation, landscaping, concrete, paving, or any other system that may be affected or exposed during service.

Titan Jetting LLC is not responsible for:

• \tPre‑existing conditions

• \tLatent or concealed defects

• \tImproper prior installations

• \tDeteriorated or aging components

• \tCode deficiencies not directly caused by its work

• \tFailures or damages occurring outside the immediate scope of work performed

• \tWork performed by others before or after services

Titan Jetting LLC does not guarantee the overall condition, integrity, or future performance of any system unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Existing Components, Water Control, and Property Access

Service may require shutting off water, operating valves, removing fixtures, or accessing piping behind walls, floors, cabinets, tile, landscaping, or concrete. Older components may fail when operated due to age or wear.

Titan Jetting LLC is not responsible for:

• \tFailure of existing components not replaced during service

• \tWater damage resulting from aged or deteriorated parts outside the scope of work

• \tCosmetic or finish repairs related to necessary access unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Drain Cleaning and Hydro‑Jetting Services

Drain cleaning and hydro‑jetting restore flow at the time of service only. Due to system age, design, root intrusion, scale buildup, or structural condition, future blockages or failures may occur. No recurrence guarantee is provided unless a separate written warranty is issued. The client acknowledges that mechanical equipment and high‑pressure water are used during these services. Titan Jetting LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre‑existing structural weaknesses, deteriorated piping, root intrusion, or concealed defects revealed during service.

5. Unforeseen or Unsafe Conditions

Titan Jetting LLC may pause or stop work if unsafe, hazardous, materially different, or concealed conditions are encountered. Any additional work required due to such conditions will be reviewed with the client and must be approved before proceeding.

6. Permitting Requirements

Titan Jetting LLC will inform the client if permits or documentation are required. If the client chooses not to obtain required permits, the client assumes full responsibility for any fines, penalties, fees, delays, enforcement actions, or additional costs imposed by governing authorities, including any such costs initially assessed against Titan Jetting LLC. Titan Jetting LLC is not liable for consequences arising from a client’s refusal to obtain required permits.

7. Customer‑Provided Materials

Titan Jetting LLC is not responsible for defects, performance issues, or warranty claims related to customer‑supplied fixtures or materials. Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply solely to those items.

8. Professional Standards

All services are performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Nothing in this agreement limits liability for damages directly caused by Titan Jetting LLC’s negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Jetting LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Titan Jetting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, loss of revenue, or property damage beyond the scope of work performed.

10. Dispute Resolution and Attorney’s Fees

Any dispute arising under this agreement must first be submitted to mediation in the State of Florida before any legal action is filed. If legal action is required to enforce this agreement or collect unpaid amounts, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

11. Digital Approval and Governing Law

Electronic approval constitutes acceptance of these terms and is legally binding to the same extent as a handwritten signature. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
