Terms & Service Policies

These are the general policies that apply when working with Titan Jetting LLC. They’re here to keep everything clear and straightforward for our customers.

Estimates & Payment

Pricing is based on the scope of work discussed at the time of the estimate. Payment is due when the work is completed. If additional work is requested or unexpected issues come up, the final cost may change.

Hold Harmless

Plumbing and drain work can involve certain risks. By choosing Titan Jetting LLC, clients understand and accept these risks. Titan Jetting LLC is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Authority to Request Service

Clients confirm they have permission to request work at the property. Titan Jetting LLC is not responsible for disputes between tenants, landlords, property owners, or other parties regarding who approved the service.

Release & Waiver

Clients agree to release Titan Jetting LLC—along with its employees, contractors, and subcontractors—from claims related to injury, property damage, or loss connected to the services provided, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Titan Jetting LLC from claims, damages, or expenses that result from the client’s actions or property conditions.

Property & Unforeseen Conditions

Plumbing systems can reveal hidden issues. Clients understand that unexpected conditions may affect pricing, timelines, or the ability to complete work. Titan Jetting LLC may pause or stop work if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope.

No Warranty

All services are provided “as‑is.” Titan Jetting LLC does not offer express or implied warranties and is not responsible for issues caused by pre‑existing conditions or factors outside its control.

Digital Approvals

Any digital approval or electronic signature is legally binding.

Governing Law

All services and agreements follow Florida law.
